Dramatic Arts

The dramatic arts are a God-given method of human interaction. This Christ-centered creative process allows us to communicate His love, through the ministries of the purpose-driven church, to a lost and dying world.

What activities are included in the field we call dramatic arts?

Actor/Actress – Participating in drama skits.

Make-up – Applying make-up to dramatists.

Costumes – Designing, sewing, OR issuing costumes

Props/Set – Designing and making props and sets as well as moving them during presentations.

Back-stage – Assisting with behind-the-scenes.

This can be as simple as opening doors, or could be the responsibility of making certain that actors or props/sets go on stage at the proper time.
